Hi just wanted to post this. I have a situation, I am loosing DVD's in my collection by doing nothing, here are some picture of my damaged DVD's
![]() Can someone care to explain why is this happening. I think it is two things: 1. Humidity. 2. Cheap quality Discs. Of some of my discs they look fine but when I put it in a DVD reader and it docent play, so that's probably the data corrupted. Hope someone here knows more about this problem, thank God that I have already backed up all of my DVD collection in a external Hard Drive so I still preserve the uncompressed data ![]() Note: Most of the discs are from Warner Brothers, and both are from 2006-2007 releases. BTW I have DVD discs that are 4 years older than the ones that I am showing and they play fine........... I don't get it? With Blu-rays I still haven't had that problem. Last edited by J.R.
