Default Samsung BD-P1000 problems
I had problems upgrading the firmware. 23 hours after it started, I pulled the plug. This time, I got it to work in 10 minutes.

The problem, I don't see a noticable difference in picture? My TV can't do 1080P, so I'm waiting Resident Evil Exstinction in 1080I and it doesn't look as good as I thought it would. I'm using HDMI to my Samsung AV-R720 receiver to the TV.

I know the receiver is throughputting a good signal because my HD Dish channels look amazing.

Are there some settings I can tweek? Is there a list of movies that won't play?

I couldn't get Spiderman 3 to play? Will i have to buy a newer player to watch certain movies?
