I’m hoping.

This is always a good winter horror film.

This is a good movie, but Tony Todd was a really odd choice to play Sammy Davis, Jr.

Honestly, I thought it was a pretty inaccurate and distasteful biopic. Like, I don't remember the real Sammy Davis Jr. ever splitting people from their groin to their gullet?

Happened on the set of Cannonball Run II. Albert Ruddy covered it up.

Like a lot of horror I grew up with, it won't have the same impact as seeing it as a child and being terrified. But I'd like to watch this one again.

Aren’t these the same people who made the shittiest of the 4Ks AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON, if I recall the words of Geoff D correctly? I would love this film in 2160p, but I think I’m going to try to hold out for an Arrow upgrade instead of giving in to my itchy trigger finger as usual. I’m not sold on ESC Edition’s technical acumen.

I'm not complaining but it's strange how this is getting a 4k release after the remake was released.

Sony lost the US rights back in 2012 which is one reason why the movie took so long to hit blu-ray in the first place

Universal has worldwide rights to it now

I thought the Turbine release was worse - not that it really matters though when you are picking the less stinky turd…
