Blu-ray : Shadow & Bone and Locke & key

I have seen Shadow and Bone and Locke & Key offered on Blu-ray on EBAY. However, I cannot find that they were every released on Blu-ray. Anyone had experience with these?

There's a stack of these Chinese bootlegs found on eBay at the moment - anything and everything including THE MANDALORIAN (as if Disney would be putting this out)
