Default The Flight Attendant (HBO Max - Kaley Cuoco)

Surprised there wasn't a thread for this. I searched and could not find one at all.

I think the first season was great and would have recommended it to most people at the time, but I'm not so sure about it's second season. It's still... good. But it doesn't have the pull the first season did, despite Kaley Cuoco being great in it.

I don't see this going into a third season, or beyond that if it does. I'm not sure if this was originally written to go beyond one season, but three episodes into the second season and I can't help but feel like it would have been better as a mini-series.

I'm sure they wanted to bank off of the ratings of the first season, but they should have just let it be.

Anyone else?

I really enjoyed the first season, although I seem to remember finding the first couple episodes a little uneven and was unsure if I should continue. But I wound up binging the whole season in one day and liked it a lot. Kaley was great!

I haven't watched the second season yet since I don't have HBO Max at the moment. The first season was based on a book and thus told a complete story, so I'm not sure if they were thinking about another season at the time or not. Having never read it I don't know if the teasing setup at the end of the season is also from the book or not, but it sounded like plans to take the character in a direction I wasn't crazy about. Still, whenever I can I plan to check it out, just simply because I love Kaley Cuoco.

However, I swear I just saw an article recently where she stated in an interview that she thinks these two seasons were perfect and doesn't feel a pressing need to do a third or more and feels it should be left as is, so that was interesting.

I enjoyed the first season, but haven't gotten around to the second yet. Definitely want to see where the story goes from S1 though!

Wasn't impressed with season two. I'm okay if this is the end.

Really enjoyed the first season but couldn't even finish the first episode of the second season.

Finally finished Season 2 and I really wish it didn't exist.

First season jumped the shark sometimes, but did it tastefully and it could have been a great mini-series with a solid ending. Kaley Cuoco was literally the only reason worth watching season two, and even with her it was still a mess, especially by the end; Didn't even feel like the same show.
