Need help on eBay regarding White Christmas (1954)

This is OT, but for lack thereof, and it does involve a movie, I need help with the following:
Long story short, I have an item that did not show up, and wish to contact the seller, only to not be able to because of my account unfortunately getting restricted.According to eBay, only someone else I know that has an eBay account can contact the seller, and as crazy as weird as it may be, I’m not having a lot of luck in that department so far The eBay sellers name is davegra It’s about my order of

Well like I said, eBay told me to ask any friends or family members that have anybody account to contact the seller, and I do not know anybody who happens to have one, bizarre as it may be. So what else am I supposed to do?

And if you must know, eBay thought I was using too much of the money back guarantee, which I needed to because of delays that I’m still facing from the Canada post strike, so that’s why my account got restricted. The seller actually told me to wait for eBay money back guarantee, Not aware of my situation
