Lionsgate will be releasing Fall (2022) Unrated on 4K UHD as a Best Buy Exclusive Steelbook on September 19th.

Note: The 4K disc is unfortunately region locked. One member offered this possible solution:

Though the "unrated" cut is really just a "everywhere else but the US" cut, I'm glad Lionsgate is acknowledging this film enough to release it here in the states. Great little thriller.

I saw this a few months ago on VUDU and enjoyed it. My biggest gripe aside from the awful CGI in the opening scene was the constant dubbing of "freaking" in order to get a PG-13 rating, so an unrated cut should remedy that.

The Bluray had the PG-13 cut.

This is the first time the unrated cut will be released in the states.

The U.S. Blu-ray was theatrical only, while the U.K. got both cuts.

There are no new scenes. The movie was shot with a R-rating in mind, and then altered by Lionsgate to achieve a PG-13 rating.

They re-dubbed the movie to remove F-bombs (30 instances) and replaced them with the word "freaking", along with deepfakes over the actresses' lips to match the new dialogue.

The unrated cut undoes all that and uses the original dialogue.

Where’s the official word it’s the unrated cut? Even Best Buy’s listing doesn’t confirm that, from what I can see.

I enjoyed it. They did a great job with the suspense. Anyone who doesn’t like heights will not get through this one easily. If you are someone who is bothered by lack of realism, it might not be for you. I can overlook stuff like that, so I had a really good time with it.
