Hi All! Never did this before, but is there a tv show you just regret you watched (either part or in its entirety)? I regret watching a few:
Once Upon a Time- that show jumped the shark many times, but the part that made me hate it was the Zelena and Robin storyline. I then quit 3 episodes into season 6. I regret I even got into it in season 3; as time went on the plots for convoluted and just plain stupid. The Vampire Diaries: I was never even into vampires, but then an actor I liked (Claire Holt) joined the show so I started watching for her. I now regret I ever did as it was a waste of life in the end. All the characters were annoying and basically all dated each other- gross! The Originals: It got really boring around season 4 and I was gonna drop it, then season 5 was announced as the last season with only 13 episodes so I said, "Why Not", I'd come this far. The final season was a complete waste of story with the plot only serving to setup for Legacies (which I dont watch and never plan to). The ending of the whole show, while I feel was done right, had a terrible execution. Anyway, these are just mine, anyone else have a show they just feel they wasted their life watching? |

I don’t think there’s any TV shows I’ve really regretted watching. The sting of never getting a proper conclusion to C4’s Utopia is probably one I could do without, but as far as TV goes it’s probably one of the most exciting and distinctive UK dramas ever to come out. It’s a shame Game of Thrones wasn’t able to stick it’s landing but the good stuff in that show really delivered that I’d be hesitant to say I regretted seeing it. And the second season of True Detective was a mess, but a really fascinating one that really stretched it’s ambitions to breaking point.

I wouldn't say that I regret getting into the show, but I do hate the fact that The Glades was never given a more proper send off.
God bless you and each cast member always!!! Holly P.S. WHO THE HECK SHOT JIM LONGWORTH???!!! |

There's quite a few that I don't regret initially watching, but I definitely regret watching as far into the series as I did. i.e. I liked the first seasons, and then after I stopped enjoying it, I kept watching anyway, hoping it would get better again. Examples: X-Files, Lost. Edit: seconding Battlestar Galactica!
