Looks like Expendables 4 is really underperforming so far.... I wonder if The Nun 2 has a chance to take the number one spot again this weekend. Could be another close one.

ah geez, I didn't even notice they did the "clever" number in place of a letter thing: Expend4bles. How cringe.

Whew! Another steal of a weekend for The Nun 2!! Good for Warner Bros! But geez, what a lousy opening for Expendables 4. I can see it dropping at least 75% next weekend too.

And yeah, the number thing in the title is awful. I actually pronounce the films as the titles say too, like ExpendFourBles, SeSevenEn, ScreFourM, etc etc. If they want to make the title goofy, then I'll pronounce them goofy!

Expendables 3 hurt fan anticipation for a 4th one just like B&R did Batman Begins.

That and shooting at least 6 years too late with almost none of the 80's stars fans go to these movies to see.
