I just recently bought the standard releases as well too. Ah well..guess I'll be double dipping. Glad I only paid like $3.

Love the movie but I typically don’t do SteelBooks unless it’s like a multi-movie collection. If it was the only way to get it on 4K though or if it has good new features, I’ll definitely get it.

Why isn't it 4K? Saving for another release? Cuz a Mean Girls steelbook was long overdue imo either way

Safe artwork but I guess it's still far better than something ugly like the Clueless steelbook... Will def be getting it although I already have that great Burn Book edition that came out for the 15th anniversary!

Hope the eventual 4K release features all the girls, or at least just Lindsay on the cover! I'm sure they have so much material we haven't seen yet too, from promotional shoots to behind the scenes footage, it's such an iconic movie that is referenced all the time I really don't know why they don't share more exclusive content.

I do believe the 4K is coming, they're just dumping a blu-ray steelbook first.
