Doesn't sound right. Looking at my 2 items that are still in return window, there is a Return or Refund button. I didn't want to go any further.
I'm not even sure this would make a lot of sense as a Holiday Policy. Is this a new Amazon item, a FBA or 3rd Party or Warehouse/Clearance product ? New/Sealed item, open - damaged/defective, or just a return Last edited by hariseldon; 11-02-2022 at 10:03 PM. |

Amazon doesn't offer exchange if the item is out of stock. I don't believe they offer exchanges for most items that aren't sold by amazon itself, only shipped by... For those you have to contact the seller itself.
