...Simply because their return policy sucks (14 days) unless you pay them $200 for totaltech, which has a bunch of stuff I don't need. Been burned too many times now on not being able to price match or return something just a few days over the window. They are doing a great job of giving what's left of their physical media business to Amazon and Target! Bout only thing left I plan to buy from them is exclusives.

Not to disagree with your frustration over BB, but media is about the only thing we will still buy from BB, due to their absurd return window. Once they stop selling games and movies, the company will be completely dead to us.
Already picked up well over a dozen early BF deals this year, thanks to BB. And plan to go back for more. |

I did not know about their 14 days return policy but agree that is too short.
It looks like they extend it during the holidays to about 60 days. But then again I have not bought anything from BBY in almost a year. Did not help that anything I tried to buy from them online around last December was denied, because they said my CC was no good, but it worked at every other retailer. But besides their BF movie sale, I can live without them. And it looks like the first movie I received from BB black Friday sale is a used rewrap that I will have to exchange. ![]() Still have about a dozen movies coming from two orders. ![]() |

I quit going to Best Buy simply because they hardly have any movies anymore! They put all the dedicated media stores like Virgin out of business by underpricing them, and now they’ve decided they don’t want to sell this stuff leaving us with no place to buy it! How are they even going to sell good quality electronics without anything to play on them, is someone really going to spend thousands of dollars on a projection system to watch lousy streaming video? I hope they go out of business.
Target has severely cut their movie selection also. |
