Default The Incredible Hulk TV Series U.S. Blu-Ray Release?

I did a search on this subject and got zero, so here goes.

Last year in the UK, a complete series collection for The Incredible Hulk was released on Blu-Ray. I have yet to see any type of release slated for the U.S.

Have any of you intrepid Blu-Rayophiles heard of such a release? I think it is way overdue!

Oh, my antennae is certainly perked up by the idea of this. I’ve heard no news about a stateside release. And I’m guessing the UK release is Region B locked. I would LOVE to pick this up though

It gets good reviews by this guy:

He compares it to the Region B locked UK release

This was great, thank you! I always wondered about this set vs the British release.

Seems like a no-brainer to go with the elephant films version of the Blu Ray. I guess the U.S. rights owner to the series (NBC Universal?) doesn't have any interest in upgrading this series.

I was never a rabid fan of the Bixby series, but if the price is right I'd probably splurge on a Blu-Ray collection of it.

It's a known fact that these Universal TV shows are always released in Europe and not in the United States, mainly because it's not Universal releasing them. The Six Million Dollar Man and even Baywatch was released in Europe but which neither has seen a North American release for these shows yet. It's doubtful that they will.

It seems as though a US release is coming for the holiday sale period, but we have no official announcement yet. MacGyver is also coming from CBS, which is shocking, given how poorly the older 1st season release sold. I guess the studios are just saying "Screw it! Let's do it!", so maybe we'll get other releases like Magnum PI and The A-Team.

Its nostalgic viewing but still entertaining for me. It had its formula which really became stale during its final season.

Wish this was going to include the three follow up movies that aired in the late 80s/early 90s.

Those are not held by Universal, as they had nothing whatsoever to do with the productions, except via the NBC-Universal partnership, which got NBC the rights to air the films. Disney (Marvel) now owns them, via the Fox purchase.

If the series continued with a season 6 it needed a holiday xmas episode. Here is what could have happened.David goes on a Xmas vacation to Rovaniemi Finland. He is asked during 1 of those santa tours to fill in for someone who is sick. He plays santa in a suit riding a sleigh with reindeer. Suddenly a psychopath attacks david with a knife, david transforms into the hulk. He rips off his santa suit, the reindeer terrified take off with the sled and jump off a cliff to their death!! LMAO !!!

Baywatch was released a few months before your post

Nice that Universal is doing some older stuff, it's MOD so I wonder how they'll decide to package it, well like The Office, or a trainwreck like Parks and Recreation lol
