Yeah, whatever happened to Joe Dante's "The Hole - 3D" (which technically wasn't a remake, but somebody's been watching the original...)?

It's out in Europe and Asia. I know there's an Italian Blu-ray that's a Steelbook release.

Yyyyyep. THOUGHT it was the same one.

(His only other major movie, "Freaked", didn't exactly get wide theatrical distribution, and a weird edgy-comedy MTV series didn't catch much fire either.)
Maybe all those live-action Ben10 movies have mellowed him a bit into middle age, but Ted was remembered as the one who got a career.)

This is great news!

I loved the original when i was a kid and still do love it.

I also think this movie being in 3D could work very good together.
