With Sanity you get any 4 items shipped for $14.95 (about £7.80 at today's exchange rate). Sanity don't normally split orders but they did with me yesterday immediately for all in stock items. I guess they have pending stock. I know some people waited weeks (I waited a month) for some Imprint orders a few weeks ago. I guess if it's limited then they'll struggle to get stock.

Free UK shipping seems to kick in at £79 or so. Under that it's £14.00.
Sometimes they have a few titles that have dried up elsewhere.
