An early announcement to retailers indicates that 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release Sleeping with the Enemy on Blu-ray on June 28. This psychological thriller, directed by Joseph Ruben (Dreamscape) and starring Julia Roberts, was nominated for four Saturn Awards, including Best Horror Film and Best Actress, by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films in 1991.

When I was a kid my mom would continuously watch this film and it grew on me. I haven't seen it in many years but I'm sure I can enjoy it again. This will be another VHS upgrade.

A must buy for me. So much suspense in this movie. I can finally upgrade my DVD version to blu.

A good movie but the price at Amazon is still $24.00

. I hope it goes down in price soon, other wise I prefer to buy it at another date with a more reasonable price.

One of the few movies with Julia Roberts, that i actually liked.

Patrick Bergin was a total creeper.

same here my mom has the dvd,even if it comes on lifetime she'll watch it no matter what

I don't understand why this release is priced so high. I was hoping to use the BB $5 coupon on it, but it's not even listed on their website.

Strange, it shows up on their website at $22.32 (a profoundly weird price) and says it's "Not Sold in Stores".

I was hoping to pick this up, as I think it's a beautifully crafted suspense melodrama with a brilliant score, but not till it's around $10.

If this gets a high quality transfer (4 or higher in video and audio), I may actually buy this.

Well, could live with a 3.5 for sound.

Amazon finally lowered this to $17.99, but thanks to James Luckard above, I was able to pick it up for $13 + tax at Walmart this morning!

Great, a very favorable video and audio review from dvdbeaver. Would like to see what this site says first before I go out and get it, though.

$13 is a great price, but I'm not sure if my local Wal-Mart will carry this film on Blu-ray. I'll have to go to by and see. Thanks for the info.

The price tag kept me away from purchasing this movie on its release date. After waiting so much for the price to drop, I'm probably going to wait it out until it hits $12.
