I'm aware of Superman (1978), King Kong (1976) Scream Factory, and Fast Times at Ridegemont High (1982) Criterion Collection. Are there any others available?

Technically. It's in SD (and time-compressed) and sourced from a Beta tape (it was the only source available. The TV footage however is available in HD via a special feature.

Death Wish II's TV cut is in HD on Blu-ray, sourced from a 35mm interpositive.

S.O.S. Titanic, from 1979. The Kino blu-ray contains both the theatrical cut, and the original TV mini-series version.

1. Earthquake (Shout Factory)
2. Sixteen Candles (Arrow)
3. Waterworld (The Arrow limited edition includes both the TV Cut and the Ulysses Cut which includes all of the added scenes of the TV Cut but without the censorship. The standard edition loses the TV Cut but retains the Ulysses Cut.)
4. The Evil of Frankenstein (It’s included on the Shout Factory release in HD but it’s a quick telecine of a very faded 16mm print.)
5. Needful Things (Kino Lorber upcoming)

Not sure if this counts, Scream Factory’s Halloween releases include the extended version in HD with the additional scenes shot for the TV cut in SD (widescreen DVD quality). The actual TV cut is on their 3-disc 4K set in SD (VHS quality).

Arrow's Phantom of the Mall set had the TV cut on the initial limited release, though I believe the standard edition just has the TV footage, not the complete cut.

Das Boot 1985 miniseries received a Blu-ray release in Germany (in 2014 by Euro Video and in 2018 by Leonine). Both have English subtitles and audio, but the video is 25fps and they're region locked.
