Infinity War's deleted scene of Banner becoming Smart Hulk.

The Goonies Octopus scene & others. There was actually an extended cut that aired on TV in the 80s that actually had the deleted scenes kept on it. Someone did manage to recreate it, it's called "The Inferno TV Composite". It uses the best quality versions of the deleted scenes to apply to the movie.

Although with the passing of the director I don't think we'll get a proper extended cut anytime soon.

I've no idea why they chose to cut that. It's a memorable image.

It was easily the best scene in the movie. Maybe they felt his gag reaction was a little too gross.

The deleted scenes in The Pink Panther (2006) with Steve Martin. They are absolutely hysterical and to this day I can't believe they were left out.

The alternate Ending for Candyman 2021. It shoulda been used as a midcredit scene at least.

The scene in Aliens where we learn Ripley was a mother. It's in the Special Edition, which has several other additional scenes I can take or leave. That one, short scene adds another dimension to Ripley's relationship with Newt.

Creed II locker room scene. Someone above me already rushed to post it. Never ever will I understand why was it cut. Sure it may take away from Creed’s story and lean much more into Rocky’s. But they are connected throughout the movie.

And that nod at the end from Drago… perfectly wraps up their conflict.

The garage scene in Terminator 2, the alternate opening to Iron Man 2, the scene in Halloween 2 where Laurie is sedated (explaining why she's suddenly all loopy/slow in the third act), Saruman's death in Return of The King, list goes on really.
