We have had confirmation from Australia that this is a known fault. This is the first incident that we have been made aware of in New Zealand.

In this instance we will send you a replacement of Disc One to correct the fault. We are expecting delivery from Australia early next week.

Warner Bros. Video Ltd
The fault occurs throughout Disc 1 (skipping, stopping, distortion). If anyone has experienced the same problem, contact Warner to discuss replacements.

i have issues with the Movie Terminator Salvation it has lots of audio drop outs in the movie. Have tried this on many systems all have same issue in same spot... I think sony produce this title but no idea how to contact them to get replacement.

Howdy. I have not experienced any faults with Salvation, but there is a Sony email in the Contact thread (sticky at the top of the forum).

thanks a million . Have had this for months figuring out where to contact to exchange it, including scouring the Sony websites!

This movie got rave reviews for video and sound, only to get a dodgy disk!

Ok so now the woman who said she was going to send me a replacement, is out of the office untill Jan 10th. I've emailed another Warner Bros person to find out when the **** i'm getting my replacement.

Update: (if anyone cares lol) My replacement Disc 1 was finally posted by Warner Bros. Another faulty release I can cross off my replacements list. I will post the disc numbers once it arrives and I've confirmed its fault free.

yay, just rewatched my collection, looks like i got the silly faulty disc, not sure how i didnt pick up on this last time round watching it, fortunately its only some silly brief glitches on screen
