Garbage like this gets its steelbook up for pre-order on the day of its release.

Meanwhile, there has been no announcement for any Oppenheimer steelbooks... 2 weeks after its release.

This artwork is great and way better than other releases with strange totlr position in corner.

Nice looking steel IMO, but I’m passing on the movie. I’m a Staham fan, but I didn’t enjoy the first movie and ended up selling it. Glad it’s getting a nice SB though for those that want it.

Now you have become death, destroyer of fun steelbook announcements.

Every Nolan film has gotten a steel. They even just announced Memento, which was so far back I was surprised they remembered it existed. Give it some time.

Just because YOUR steel hasn't been announced, don't knock someone else's steel announcement. One day it'll be your turn to celebrate, and you'd hope someone would be just as excited for your -ahem- "masterpiece" in that moment as you were for theirs.

No, I wasn't knocking opp, I was referring to the hypothetical film(s) we're hoping get a steel. but most might think aren't even worth a metal case.

Sweet! Pre-ordered!

I will watch anything remotely Jaws-adjacent. Love me some killer sharks.

I love how the sharks keep getting bigger and bigger. They need to make a Space Shark movie where giant sharks swim through the dark matter of space eating planets. They probably already have

This will look nice next to my other Meg Steelbook. And Jaws steel. And Jaws 2 steel. And Sharknado collection steel.

There probably is on Sci Fi (I will refuse to call it by its other name). They goofiest late night monster stuff will come on at the late night/early hours.

It's pure camp, but if you're looking for giant space shark (or something along those lines), that's probably your best bet.

I'm looking forward to this. Closest we'll ever get to Mr. Statham in a Sharknado film. First one was fun.

The artwork on the Meg and its sequel is great, especially if you like shark movies.

I’m sure Universal will make sure that every major retailer will have an exclusive version of Oppenheimer.

I got the first Meg movie in steel book but I’m not dropping close to $40 when you add in tax for this one.

Same. It’s crazy what they’re asking for these days. I think I paid around $15 for The Meg steel. Given that BB will be abandoning physical media at the end of the year, we could see the sequel going for the same price.

Yes, BB had a 24 hr sale on it the Steelbook for about 15 and I got it then also. Considering I didn't like this as much as the first one, I wil wait to get this.
