Default Does LG's OLED "Pixel Cleaning" Process Occur Automatically?

I bought an LG C3 OLED and I'm loving it so far!

Looking at the "OLED Care" menu on the TV, it's a bit confusing if the "Pixel Cleaning" process happens automatically or if you are supposed to run it yourself all of the time. There is nothing in the menu to tell it to run automatically...There is just a place where you can select "Operate Once When TV Is Turned Off" and "Start Now." If you click on that "Operate" box, it can just be moved to a "Cancel" option.

So does the TV truly run this feature automatically every 4 hours of screen time and it's completely "hands-off?" Or is there something I'm missing here? Thanks!

Hands off, let it do its thing. I can hear mine "click" when it's powered down every do often.
