Personal Thoughts:
This transfer reminds me of the Mazinger Z Movie Collection UHD's but done less carefully, from a viewing distance it looks fine, but looking up close, it's weird to see. The HDR is the same as the last movie quality-wise and it's a OCN scan by IMAGICA. I wonder if Bandai/the original creators wanted the DNR for these movies. Going forward, I will continue to be cautious of any Bandai UHD releases for cel-era anime.
