I'm more looking forward to Shin Gamera, anyway.

Well, this is starting to feel a bit weird. I mean, I know Anno is a die hard fan of Ultraman so it made sense. And calling it the same as Shin Godzilla and giving it the same esthetic is smart, since Shin Godzilla was so popular (and it made us geeks wonder if it was going to be in the same universe). But Shin Kamen Rider? Feels a bit much, like Anno is jumping from one franchise to the next and leaving in dust the last one. What's next, Shin Gamera? I can't say i'm too excited about Kamen and like Zillamon said, let's get Shin Ultraman out first... :/

Yeah it's starting to feel like a cash grab, but ultimately it just depends on the quality in the end. Maybe we'll get Shin editions of Super Sentai and Metal Heroes too. Bring it all into a big Shin universe where Shin Chan is God.

Wasn't expecting such a splatter film out of Kamen Rider. Hope the US release doesn't take too long.

This is showing up in Regal's mobile app for May 31st as a Fathom Event. Tickets aren't available yet. It's on a Wednesday so looks like I have to request a day off from work!

Not a big Fathom fan, but there's no way I'm missing out on Shin Kamen Rider. I've loved all the other Shin movies so far, and this looks like another excellent love letter to its franchise.

Yep, looks like Regal is showing it too. Just a one night event, sub only.
