Released same time as the rocky steelbook new edition. Does anyone know if rocky will be remastered on the HW edition Or the other 5 films?

only the first rocky part is remastered in 4k (UK and US boxset of the heavywight edition have the new release)

I imagine it's the remaster. I'm interested to see whether it's another digipack like the old versions

It's not looking as good as I would have imagined or liked considering all the hype surrounding this. It's an improvement but no where near on the same scale as the Robocop remaster.

Considering the other films in this series will be the same transfers before this is an easy miss for me.

I wanted to ask if Rocky 2-5 have Greek subtitles as did the ones in the Undisputed collection.

The remastered version will arrive tomorrow. Judging by the screenshots i think it is an improvement but not by a great margin.

Really tempted to order the steelbook as I just want Rocky (of the sequels, I'd only want Rocky III), but I'll be pissed if, like Return of the Living Dead, I settle for a steelbook now when I could've waited and gotten a standard Blu-Ray case.

Has anyone bought the UK version of the new Rocky Heavyweight Collection box set? It has the newly remastered version of the first Rocky. What kind of packing does it have? A thick Amaray case or a digipack?

It also seems to be a 6-disc set whereas the older set is a 7-disc set. Is the new set lacking some bonus features because of not having a 7th disc or were they inserted to the newly remastered Rocky disc? I read the older box set's 7th disc has over 3½ hours of bonus features.

I tried looking this on YouTube and Google but found absolutely nothing. If anyone who has bought the set could help I really would appreciate it.

I don't know if anyone's been daft enough to buy it, when you can get the older set and the new Rocky disc separately and still pay a tenner less.

I'm probably going to wait until the new box set's price drops down to something like 20-25£. If I bought the remastered Rocky steelbook and the old box set the combined price would be about 32£ which isn't that much cheaper in my opinion and I don't like to buy the same movie twice anyway. The new box set is priced at 43£ at the moment and considering it's actually a very new release I'm sure the price will go down in the following months. Just curious about the packing, I really hope it's not just a thick Amaray case.
