Gerard Butler or Jason Statham?

Outside of "The Italian Job", and his role in the Fast & Furious series, I never cared for the bulk of Jason Statham's work. I haven't seen Gerard Butler in much of anything either, but "The Phantom of the Opera" is one of my favorite movies, and he was great in that.

Gerard Butler is a much better actor, but he has been unlucky with his " choice" of franchises.
