Default Where to buy?

I was just wondering what websites are legit and dependable on buying speakers. I know crutchfield.com, vanns.com, and amazon.com are up there but, is there any other site that i could check for buying speakers. thanks!

btw, i would like to thank everyone in the site. everyone has been really helpful in helping me decide on what receiver and speakers to get/look at.

and also GO BLU!!!

Suggestion:
Decide what speakers you want, then Google them.
Check out the sellers rating, shipping cost and sales tax policy.
You can save many $$$$ online!

Also go to the speaker manufacturer's website. They usually have a list of authorized dealers which could be handy. You may even be able to find an in-store deal.

Not all speakers can be purchased online, so I agree with the above suggestion.... go the manufacturer's website, and work your way back from there.

Crutchfield carrys Thiels by the way!!!!

Many high-end speakers are not supposed to be sold online so I would be careful if that's what you're looking for and buying from an "unauthorized" online retailer.

Your warranty may not be honored.

I, for one, am a strong supporter of small owner/operated specialist stores for this type of equipment and I always like to listen to speakers before buying them.

Often many of these stores will even let you take equipment home for "test drives".
