Does anyone know how to contact Lionsgate outside of orders? Like info about their film library? Only thing I can find is contacting them about using a clip from one of their films for whatever reason.

What is your specific question? Typically studios have no interest in being contacted by the public, no offense.

Just trying to confirm if a particular film is still in their library of films they hold the rights to.

I responded to your PM with specifics on the title you're asking about -- although you're probably not gonna like the answer.

Publicly, I'll say this. They are well aware of the films they own in their library, and do not take suggestions from the general public on how to run their home video division.

Put simply, and again I don't mean to be rude or blunt, they don't want to hear from you. Truly, they don't.

My advice would be to move on.

Still on the lookout for who might be the best person at Lionsgate to reach out to. Looking over Linkedin, there are hundreds of people who work there, and just want to make sure my e-mail reaches someone who might actually deal with their film library and know what films they still have in their library and ones that they don't.

Your best bet may be to reach out to someone who has some form of contact with Lionsgate like Michael Felcher to see if he can either a) direct you to someone, or b) act as a go between (assuming of course he actually responds to your request).

They're kind of a mysterious company. It almost kind of seems like they're a rich boutique who also happen to be a major studio with the kind of releases they have/had such as the old Artisan catalog. A bunch of those films from the 80s-90s I was hoping for better transfers since many of them appear to be from vhs or broadcast tv type sources. A lot of the low budget dtv dvds I used to buy from Blockbuster back in the day were Lionsgate as well. It'd be nice if they could continue the Vestron line or start up a similar one that includes more than just cult horror.
