Adding Cast Photos

On our Stats page we all have small black & white photo of our top cast & directors assuming that they have a photo.

A few of mine are missing a photo so I tried to add one. The photo was uploaded in portrait 1:1.5 ratio and was added by the staff to the profile page in the same position as the others on their separate pages.

As the photo is now on site I'm scratching my head as to why it is still missing from the thumbnail on the stats page?

Maybe need to clear your browser cached images and files data, i sometimes have to do this to update cover images so i know whats what.

Thanks for the suggestion but no, thats not it. I was on the laptop before but I'm on a PC now & on 2 different browsers its not there so it must be something else.

Update: This seems to have resolved itself so it appears that for some reason it can take a few days from being added to the cast page to being turned into a black & white picture in your stats.

Yes that it correct. That page takes longer to update for some reason.
