i have been hearing rumors but now it looks like it is true

has been classified by the bbfc

I wonder if these will simply be the 3D segments that were shot for the concert. I'd be thrilled to see a "This is It" edit that was less behind the scenes and did the best possible job of recreating the concert from the rehearsals.

I came across this eBay listing for the above title apparently in 3D i never heard anything about this

(i wont link the auction as im not sure if im aloud)

As you will be able to see it has the UK ratings on it

Has anybody have any info on this?

I see that it was announced by Sony on the 1st of September but i still wonder how the person got it already as i dont think it has been released or part of a bundle yet...?

Am I correct that the sticker mentions only 10 minutes of 3D footage?

I think so at first i thought it said 40 but it think it must be 10 as the vignettes are not that long

The reason i posted this was because i thought you could only get this from China... But this one has UK logos

Personally, I like the fact that we see more Blu-rays with 3D coming available, but I have to say that with so much confusion around already (espescially with John Doe), that we really could do without another variation: a 'partly' 3D Blu-ray, marketed as '3D ENHANCED Edition'...

Just in case you guys didn't know, we finally got the information on Bolt and Michael Jackson: This is It (3D Enhanced Edition) today at Best Buy.

There is a "silent" promotion running where if you simply buy any 3D Sony TV between October 1st, 2010 and April 1st, 2011 you get a free copy of both Bolt and MJ: This is it!

All you have to do is:

1.) Go to http://www.sony.com/3Dregistration and register your 3DTV.

2.) Once there enter your TV's model number, serial number and the place and date of purchase. No receipt or UPC code mail in required! After you complete the registration of the TV, a small icon will appear, saying you have qualified for a free copy of Bolt in 3D and a "3D enhanced" edition of MJ:This is it! (The film is in 2D with 3D segments which were natively shot in 3D.)

3.)Your discs will arrive at the address where your TV is registered within 8-10 weeks. You can check the status of your order by going to http://www.rebate-zone.com/sony

Even if you bought the TV before October 1st, you can still enter your purchase date after October 1st. So basically anyone with a Sony 3D TV is eligible for this promotion.

No. It says on the website that the submission is still being processed. :-( I submitted it on the 21st though, so with all the holidays, I'm sure it'll be a good 4-6 weeks from now. It said it would be 6-8 on all the forms.
