No 4k oh cmon

I'm hoping that's a mislabeling and that it's a 4K for two reasons:

1. It's the same MSRP as the 4K Reservoir Dogs steel coming to Best Buy earlier in November

2. It's labelled as an action adventure instead of as a musical

If this really is just a Blu-ray steel, well, let's just say Lionsgate had it comin'.

First of all Bullmoose says that Paramount will release it. Second I believe it's The Ring situation. Just a Blu-ray Steelbook. But let's keep our fingers crossed for a 4K release.

Was it from me? lol..I had been looking at certain hints for various movies at Bullmoose that eventually turned out to be 4K releases, and I saw Chicago pop up, but the page I was tracking turned into this Steelbook page.

It doesn't look like it. Perhaps they decided to hold off, and release it on 4K instead, who knows with Paramount.

It makes no sense to not do a 4K steelbook the movie won Best Picture. Nice steelbook, great movie. I will still buy it but Paramount has done this before and an eventual 4K release happens.

People were saying that about Planes, Trains and Automobiles and a year later we get the 4K release. Paramount has a habit of doing this so if you buy this steelbook expect a possible 4K release at a later date.
