Shattered (1991 - Wolfgang Petersen) - Blu-ray Forum

I'm a big fan of this Hitchcockian amnesia thriller from Wolfgang Petersen and really want to see it again on blu.
As far as I can see, the German release is currently the only one.
Does anyone have this? If so, how's the picture, and are German subs burned in or removable? Is the on screen title etc. in German ("Tod Im Spiegel") or English ("Shattered")?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Highly doubtful it would have burnt subs, have many Euro Video titles, all have removable or no subs

It's been ages since i watched this - the sub titles are not forced but the film title and from memory all the opening credits are in German

Euro Video transfers i have watched have not been that special - Shattered is one of their better ones but would probably have been better if released by Fox/MGM

For a low price I would recommend the German BD - pq is alright imo. Can confirm no burned-in subs.

It is Region B as tested on my Sony Playstation 3 and my Insignia BRDVD4. Also, picture quality is quite excellent and there are no forced subs.

Looking to pick up a copy of this film but the German release is out of print. There's a Spanish copy on Amazon. Does anyone know if it's legit?
