I was JUST thinking of this one last week, and was hoping Shout would/could get it.

I've always thought "Spider" would be easier/more likely to get out, as a lot of different labels have had deals with Sony. Whereas "M. Butterfly" was with Warner, so it was locked up for a long time, and then still had only limited options.

I am so glad to get this one out on BD, finally.

It is one of Cronenberg's most underrated, least seen films. Yet, when you think about it, the subject matter is very Cronenberg. And you can't get much more Cronenbergian than that finale.
