My guess is that this is the same as the Scandinavian release also by Studio Canal. I own that and it doesn't look that good unfortunately.

cant see it being the Swedish disc, it's three years old and there's been a better North American release recently. It's much more likely to be taking that encode.

It should have been available like two months ago and now there's not even a release date.

They may not have the original assets. It's SC in Europe but in the US it's with MGM.
