Looks like plenty of new detail on the uhds. I have the blu ray collection but grabbed this set with the quickness the moment it was announced. I plan on watching No Telling 4k tonight.

Can't wait for the second Fessenden uhd set to roll out. Already preordered that as well

Both on my watchlist. I enjoyed Wendigo, but the Last Winter was just a meh for me. To be fair, it was late and I was tired when I watched it. So maybe it needs a second chance.

I’m a sucker for supernatural arctic/Alaskan/Canadian/Norwegian cold-weather horror. The Thing 1982, Blood Glacier, Black Mountain Side, The Thaw, The Last Winter, Harbinger Down, Wendigo, The Thing Prequel, 30 Days of Night, Ghostkeeper, etc. etc. They’re not all perfect films, but more is better in the general sub-genre. Slashers, too, obviously. I welcome all sorts of deep-freeze chillers that folks love to hate on. I even enjoyed vintage tv-movie deep-freeze cheesefests like Snowbeast as a kid, and still do.

I do like the genre/theme/setting/whatever as well.

I can't find any thread on Wendigo 4K releasing October 28, 2025.

You're right. You can start one! Seems like not a lot of enthusiasm or participation for these Fessenden Collection 4k titles on this site, for some reason.

This first volume didn't work for me but I think Vol. 2 will tick some of the boxes. I've already seen Wendigo but not Last Winter. Sounds a bit like The Thing except I'm expecting it to be some kind of arthouse-y version with perhaps an environmental message or something. Wendigo put me to sleep but I did watch it when I was young and restless. I think I just didn't understand it so I'm willing to give it another shot now that I'm older.
