United Kingdom F1: The Movie (Joseph Kosinski, Brad Pitt, November 2025)

I seen the poster at a bus stop and thought, oh, how very uninteresting.

Nice cast mind you especially Kim Bodnia.

There’s also an HMV exclusive steelbook that contains both the UHD and BD.

It's a perfectly fine sports movie, will do little to surprise anyone, but the racing is nicely filmed. Given the plot - old racer gets another shot at the top tier after a crash cost him his budding career, so he can mentor a young impetuous driver - and Kosinski and Kruger's involvement I wouldn't be shocked if it was a script they pitched for the Days of Thunder sequel and got retooled for F1.
I guess Apple needed the extra investment and agreed to a swift disc release, not surprised they didn't announce it until after it was on streaming though, they spent enough money on it. Shame Killers of the Flower Moon didn't get the same treatment

I'm an F1 fan, but more pertinent to this discussion, I'm a movie fan, and this was so bad I couldn't look at the screen out of sheer embarrassment. I thought it couldn't possibly be worse than the Gran Turismo move, but blow me down, it achieved it.
