Up until now, The Crow on 4K felt more like a rumor than an actual forthcoming release. Glad to see it's really coming. Don't know about a steelbook, though. I guess it depends on the artwork.

I've tried 10 times on 2 different browsers and it keeps giving me some billing error message grrrrr

I had the same problem a few weeks ago trying to order the Conan 4K and the Hugo 4K using my bank card. I finally tried using PayPal and it went through. I think it's just there site. Anyone know if they charge immediately for pre-orders or when they ship like Amazon?

It'll be available on Amazon, and other retailers soon enough. I know it's in Amazon's internal system with a $25.99 price for instance.

Lol just had a custom steel made for the Crow. Will hold three discs. Artwork I chose is very cool.

I always randomly check to see if the old steelbook is up on ebay, and they always ago for quote a bit of money. Glad I never took the plunge on one of them!

I think there's a possibility B&N may have screwed up their listing, and posted the regular release as a SB. They just added a new listing, which also says Stbk in the title, and that one seems to line up with Amazon's internal listing for the Steelbook.

I'm removing the link from the first post for the time being until it gets properly sorted out. I think B&N allows you to cancel easily in the event that the original listing was for the original release.

I'm afraid Paramount will mess it up again. A boring 1-Disc Steelbook with no embossing and a terrible modern artwork.

The poster artworks are used far too rarely and when they are, they are so heavily altered by the studio and some fool in an agency that they are unrecognizable. "Coming to America" got it all wrong, a shame considering the brilliant poster artwork by Drew Struzan.

INSIDE ART

WORST CASE SCENARIO:

PARAMOUNT'S FAMOUS VERTICLE TITLE RELEASES!
