Default Question about new vs. used BD's

Primarily to those who say they refuse to buy used discs. While out at stores the other day I noticed a title I kinda had interest in on sale for $5.99 at Best Buy. But this title has been out for over a year, and of course the BB had no slip cover.
Then later at the used store, I see a copy for $5.66 (to make it an even $6 with tax) with a mint slipcover, which made me think...

If you refuse to buy used, what would you do if in a situation like this?
I don't want to hear about "I would've bought when it came out and got my slip", but if you missed a title for whatever reason then had this happen, which would you go for? Assume the used disc looks brand new and possibly never played, mint slip with no price tags, even has the digital copy insert and the code is still live (99% of used discs I've bought that have the code insert have still been live, people round here don't do digital I guess!). Do you still spend an extra 60 cents or so for the new one and get no slip, or do you save 60 and get the used slipped one?

I decided I didn't really want the title anyway and skipped both, but know I would've gone for the slip even it was slightly more. For slightly less, no freaking question!
