Did anyone else purchase their BD Player from "Target" to get the free 5 movies? And does anyone know why it takes SO long to ship them? Also, of the choices, did blu-ray pick good movies for this promotion as far as the quality of the films?

was the promo through Target or the same 5 that are offered elsewhere?
If so that five BDs come from archway and take 6-10 weeks

Be patient they will come. I bought my player back in december and just got my 5 free.

yeah... way too early.... I sent mine in around January 15th.... and I'm expecting the movies about a month from now....
