Default What's the most underrated movies of the 10's?

Under-seen, under-appreciated gems that it seems like nobody saw except for you and about ten other people.

Safety, Not Guaranteed, Blue Valentine, Like Crazy, and Winter Bones are a few that come to mind.

There is one that stands out though. The Perks of Being a Wallflower. It's honestly one of the best movies to come out in a long, long time. It's so raw, honest, and heartfelt. The performances are outstanding and truly impressive (especially Ezra Miller and Logan Lerman). It's one of the most emotionally effecting and truly beautiful movies I've ever seen. It's a shame that it hasn't enjoyed much of an audience but hopefully one day it gets the respect it deserves.

What about you? Favorite, little seen gems of the 10s?

Perks of Being A Wallflower is great. Since it is now out on Bluray I hope it gets alot more exposure. I don't see how anyone couldn't like it.

Winters Bone is another good one too. If I had to add a movie to the list I would say God Bless America. Id add it because a lot people haven't seen it or they dont like the violent storyline but I think it's great.

Going through the list. From what I've seen and that falls into the OP's 2 categories I would say:

To Save a Life
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole
Hereafter
Unknown
The Adjustment Bureau
Paul

Bellflower, definitely.

Is Winter's Bone really underrated? A ton of people own it and have seen it (even personally, I know so many people that have)

Sure, it's got 60,000+ votes IMDb and was nominated for four Academy Awards; amongst them Best Picture; and propelled Jennifer's Lawrence's career into stardom.

Whatever makes you feel an unique snowflake, man.

Yeah, I don't get how films that get lots of appreciation and awards can be called 'underrated'.

Just a point of reference...A couple of these movies don't fit the time period
Off the top of my head these two were not in the 10's, they were in the 00's
Cloverfield - 2008
To Save a Life - 2009

To Save a Life may been "made" in 2009, but it wasn't released theatrically until 2010. Hence why I included it.
