Default Future Paramount Blu-rays listed on Amazon.com!

Sweeney Todd, There Will be Blood, The Spiderwick Chronicles and Kung-Fu Panda were just listed on Amazon. They are currently unavailable but the fact that they were added in Blu-Ray format is a sign of things to come!

http://www.amazon.com/Spiderwick-Chr...069001&sr=8-48

http://www.amazon.com/Kung-Fu-Panda-...069001&sr=8-47

Transformers was just added too and it has been off for a long time.

As great as it would be if this was something to get excited about, this shows nothing but a place holder on amazon.com. I here you though, I wish these were available for pre-order.

No it not, Amazon.com add listing based on Search. I could search 'neverending story' 1000 time and it would created a item for it.

I admit this is not a confirmation but these movies had release dates long ago and were not listed on Amazon in Blu-ray format. The fact that amazon has listed more than one of paramounts upcoming releases has to mean an announcement is coming soon.

Arrgghhhhhh.... more place holders? Just like the Gladiator placeholders for HD DVD? and we ALL know how that turned out. I am not saying that these wont come out all I am saying is that placeholders are nothig to get excited about. There are place holders for many movies that will NEVER see the light of day.

Well these were just added. I have been searching on Paramount Blu's a couple times a day to see if any more go on sale like Sky Captain and U2 and these were not there earlier today.

Well I guess it can be closed then or moved to general or off-topic? I was excited to see it even though it is not news.

Those Paramount links are subtly different: the Paramount titles all say the title is currently unavailable and provide links for finding it used/etc. The Star Wars / Lord of the Rings / Indiana Jones links posted later all have "Notify me" type links that let you type in your e-mail address.

Still, it seems unlikely a movie that's not even out in theaters would be up on there already...

Anyone ever thought about not bieng a D#$k everytime some new user puts something they're excited about on. If you don't like the thread then hit up a different one and leave the person alone. It gets old seeing you "allmighty" thread posters bashing newbies that just want to contribute. Don't kill their dreams you posted your first at one point. And don't worry, I expect the backlash.
