Default Young Frankenstein

I am a huge fan of this movie. So much that I'd perfer YF over any of the original Frankenstein movies. In my opinion it has everything any other Frankenstein film has to offer plus so much more. Don't even get me started on the comedy side of it . I know its an oldie and older films really aren't HD, but if all the proper steps are taken with this (remastering frame by frame, cleaning etc...) and a proper HD transfer, it would look fantastic! My question is, might anybody know when this gem might hit Blu?

How do you figure? I haven't seen this movie in YEARS . . . so many in fact that I don't remember a single thing about it, other than I remember enjoying it. I'd probably pick it up.

OK, so I guess I don't know much about film quality and HD. But the question still stands on when it will hit Blu...

A frame of 35mm film has a lot higher resolution than 1080p.

Ironically, I was discussing this movie with some friend today, and I pointed out to them how much I'd like for it to come out on Blu-ray. Old or not, black and white, I just don't care. This movie needs a nice presentation on home video.

It is absolutely "abinormal".
