Default multisystem era

Yep the question is simple me thinks. Are all TVs today multi-system?
I ask because I'm buying a set for a friend of mine and I know she likes to watch many movies in her native language which most of them are PAL. She already has the DVD player capable of doing that, I'm just not sure about the TV, no site specifies that little detail.

ooh, the TV in question here is Samsung LN32A450 if anyone has resources to check.
Thanks
