AVPR Digital Copy - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone gotten the digital copy of Alien vs. Predator Requiem to work? I entered my code, it downloaded into iTunes, it shows up under Movies, but when I double-click on it, I get nothing but a blank, grey screen.

The movie player status bar moves like it's actually playing, but I get no picture or sound.

I can get that, Juno, and Hitman to load into my Computer and into My Itunes. They all play, but I can't transfer them into my IPOD. I am very frustrated with these stupid digital copies. They have become useless to me. I have no desire to watch them on my computer.

Interesting. So this titles does not just have a problem with the Canadian copies but the US copies as well.

I bought my copy locally and there was a sticker on it with a number to call for a replacement.

The number is:
1-888-223-2369

I did not have any problems with the digital copy of Hitman which I bought from Amazon.com however.

I called that number, gave my UPC code, name and address and they told me that they would send out a replacement copy right away. I assume that they will be sending out a DVD disc and/or a new code.
