No indication of what version or spec but if they've ported the HD-DVD it would be the Special Edition cut with DTS-HDMA sound.

Yes, nice to see that we're going to finally get some previously HD DVD exclusive titles such as Terminator 2; First Blood and Total Recall as well.

Is it likely to be actually coded Region B??

Pretty sure it'll be Studio Canal. I don't think they have any "form" one way or the other for region coding on BR but they were happy to release region free on HD-DVD...

But they couldn't use region coding on HD DVD.
Have they released on Blu-ray before?
