Default How much will Indiana Jones: Kingdom of the Crystal Skull make in opening weekend?

I'll be going to the Midnight showing Wed. night- Thursday morning. Keep in mind this movie comes out on THURSDAY not the typical Friday. So it will be a full 4 day weekend release. But also keep in mind it will be released on Memorial Day weekend.

It'll start out huge. If it's as good as the last movie, then it'll make over $200,000,000.00 domestically.

I'm guessing 100+ million! I'll see it at least three times and most likely more!

You should have made the poll for Thursday through Monday. Which is what I was going to do. The reason being that many people will plan their viewing around the holiday. It's a tuff weekend to predict and it makes it more difficult due to the Thursday opening. I am going to guess more than $100 million THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

keep in mind the economic times as well....Narnia made about 56 million this past weekend which a lot of folks are saying was a bad opening. Considering all the things going on today not too bad.

I dont care how old Harrison Ford is, or how crappy of an actor everybody thinks Shia is (I think hes a good actor), this movie is gonna Rock. It has been extremely hyped up, but I think it will live up to the hype.

Projected to make 140-160 million over the five day weekend (its memorial day) so numbers will be different.

This opening weekend is different, its not normally friday-sunday, instead its thursday-monday, so we wont know til late monday/early tuesday.

Yes, but they werent banking on it making a lot of money first weekend out, and this will be the end of the narnia movies, since they arent making enough money to stay afloat
