Second zone remote?? - Blu-ray Forum

I have an Elite 92 that can be used to power up a second zone for listening. I have seen other comparable receivers that have this feature, but have a remote for a second zone. Now maybe I am reading into this too much, but if you have that second zone on another floor, or outside like I know many have. What good is the second remote? Unless it has bluetooth, like the PS3 does, it usually will not execute commands through walls. Thoughts??

My Sony has IR repeater ports on the the back. I just installed a sensor in the ceiling on my back porch and can use either remote to control any of the zones (Main, zone 2 or zone 3).
