Just got an Onkyo 606, any tips on tweaking?

Howdy folks. I just got the Onkyo 606 yesterday and spent a few hours last night hooking everything up (glad I don't have to do that too often). Today is the fun part, tweaking and testing.

This is the first Onkyo I've had, so I'm still learning how they organize things. Anyone got any special tips for setting up and tweaking this unit? Here's my setup:

PS3 (used for games, Blu-ray, and DVD)
Onkyo 606
7.0 PSB speaker setup (towers in the front and rear, mid-size center, bookshelf-size side surrounds, no subwoofer)
Samsung 1080p DLP model HL-T5676S

I've already run the Audyssey setup on the Onkyo. I've got the PS3 set to pass linear PCM via HDMI. I haven't messed with any of the Onkyo's sound modes yet.

I welcome your suggestions for getting the most out of this gear. I'm particularly interested to know if anyone has stumbled across anything that isn't covered or is inadequately covered in the manual for the Onkyo (which I'm still reading through).
