Germany Red_bird_2d_f3 ?????

hello together, please help me.
first, i´m puzzled by the name of my bluray: RED_BIRD_2D_F3
the movie is: avatar.
is it original? answer: of course, i bought it via amazon and it should be. but why is this name displayed?

why am i even asking this - because all other movies do work and my former power dvd(with my lg drive) and my tmt5 (trial) do play this movie very poor(lags or stutters on many places if this is correct english).

when i find a softwareplayer who is capable of playing it, i will buy it.
my system:

asus P8P67 pro rev 3.1
nvidia gforce gtx 560 ti amp!
8 gig ram(kingston)
i7 2600K quad @ 3.4 ghz
win7home 64 bit
drive: HL-DT-ST BD-RE BH10LS30 from LG (is this the problem? gg)

help!! i just want to play my avatar correctly!

greetings from austria,
markus

p.s.: there is no "austria" icon, so i took our great brother germany

Its how avatar is named unfortunately. Mine is the same. In g terms of software playing it, try updating to either cyberlink powerdvd 11 latest, tmt5 latest or windvd latest. I'm not the best at explaining this but there are keys in blu rays to make them secure . Avatar was one of the discs where firmware on stand alone players needed updating and software updates for PC players need to happen for the disc to play. Had my disc a month before arcsoft did an update.

Also try a program like anydvd HD or dvdfab passkey may also help.
