Anybody watch House? DVR failed to record last minutes of show :( (spoilers) - Blu-ray Forum

So basically my DVR cut off right after House's friend said "I'm not your friend"..

Why does the Comcast DVR cut the ends off from time to time?

I used to watch it until it got unbelievably far-fetched and repetitive all at the same time.

Can you add minutes on to the begining and end of shows? I can with Direct TV. I did record it but not wtahcing it until I catch up on last season.

I don't think you can on the Motorolla DVR I have.. Basically you highlight the show you want and tell it to record or program it to record the season.

You should be able to watch the entire episode on Fox's website. The downside to that is that the episode gets posted 8 days after it airs.

Now I can watch the first episode of Fringe as well (only watched episode 2 which I heards wasn't as good).

on my scientific atlanta dvr, you can set a manual recording , and the extra time

Cool, I'll have to check that out then for next time. It's hard to always watch them Live if my boy isn't in bed yet..

Well I think that is intentional considering what happened last season and with his best friend and all. If it is not for you that's cool. It is one of the few shows my wife and I both enjoy.
