I'll take all Alien movies but the dreaded 3rd one. Why they had to kill off Hicks and the girl, and there was no charactors worth caring about.

I clicked the link provided by "hyperdine" and also read the Disney Press Release. Quoting the PR:

"The entertainment will continue as Sleeping Beauty is planned for re-release on DVD in 2008 and will be available on Blue Ray for the first time."

Funny... they misspelled Blu-ray as "Blue Ray" in an official Disney PR.

But the really funny part will be all the children of HD-DUD fanboys missing out on the Disney classics!!

Anyone notice Aliens vs. Predator (note the plural) is in the works for a Christmas day release?

Perhaps Fox will release something Alien then as part of the promotion?

Yeah, I saw that one when I looked at the release schedule from Fox. Flew under the radar that one. Hopefully they'll make it grittier.

Man I loved the third one, especially the full version and not the Weaver-snipped theatrical version.

Charles S. Dutton was awesome. When the dog is birthing the alien and he's giving the sermon "we send these bodies into the void"

Ok any movie that came out nearly 15 years ago, you can assume they've already seen it or have no desire to see it... spoiler warnings really aren't needed at that point. =p

I like all the Alien movies... of course the Ridley Scott directed Alien is the best....

This is one of the cases where I actually do hope for a sequel to be released first on Blu-Ray. I want Aliens badly.

Second one is the one where they are on the planet that is being terraformed right?

If that is the case, I never was a fan of number three. The fourth one is good.
